Mike arrived on time. I showed him what was in need of repair and he got right to it. Everything was repaired quickly without any problems. He was very polite and kept all areas as they were prior to his arrival.

Our hot water pipe broke under the house, so we opted to replace all the hot water pipes with aqua pex. Visalia Plumbing did the work quickly and efficiently and with minimal damage to the drywall where holes were required. They were very nice to deal with as people.

I called Visalia Plumbing when my garbage disposal did not work. Instead of replacing it needlessly, the wiring was repaired and the disposal worked. I was pleased with the fact that Ronny did not just replace the garbage disposal but found the cause of the wiring problem, so that saved us time and money!

Replaced part on water heater. Mike came right out. When he couldn’t get the water heater restarted, he called the company and arranged the replacement, then he came back and installed the part.

Ronnie came within an hour of my call giving me a chance to run out and buy the disposal I wanted. (A cheaper option than him supplying one.) He went straight to work and finished quickly. This was my 3rd time to him for service. Each time I’ve been 100% satisfied which is not common for my usual experience with plumbers.

New water heater was installed. On time, came promptly, communicated well. The day before (Sunday) person on call was very helpful. He gave me instructions over the phone so that I could shut off gas & water & drain the old leaking water heater.

6:45am call from tenant. Toilet tank not filling. Visalia plumbing promptly found flex line plugged, pulled flex, flushed line and installed new flex! Visalia plumbing has been our plumber for over 40 years for our home and also for rentals we own. Always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

I found Visalia Plumbing here on the internet for my mother who is up north from where I live. I wanted to make sure she was taken care of by a reputable company since I could not be there. After reading the reviews here I had her call them and they came out the next day and fixed her hot water heater instead of pressuring her to buy a new heater.
There fees were very reasonable. My mother told me she would use Visalia Plumbing from now on when she has the need for a plumber in the future. Thank You Visalia plumbing for taking good care of my mom when I could not be there for her.

We had our Main line to the house break and had to have the pipes dug up. The man dug a huge hole and didn't take a break. I was impressed. He came well prepared and organized. He even explained what he was doing to my 7 yr son who supervised. I thought that was super nice.
